Started in business analysis and continuous improvement at the ATO — turning Lean process work into some of the Australian Public Service's first automation, then building the executive dashboards that followed.
What I shipped
- Delivered $4.2M/year in savings through Lean-led automation — one of the first AI automation projects in the APS (2012). Awarded the ATO Line Award.
- Built the ATO Performance Dashboard, cutting reporting build time by 50%.
- Created the Strategic Intent Dashboard for the Commissioner; automated identity-fraud detection on Teradata.
